7th Asia Pacific Smoke-free Meeting.

The Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia, the Tobacco Control Fund of Cambodia's Ministry of Health, the World Health Organization (WHO) Asia Pacific Region, and the Southeast Asia Tobacco Control Alliance (SEATCA) organized a conference titled "Linking Cities to Advance Tourism and Preserve our Heritage."

The event brought together participants from across Southeast Asia to share lessons on implementing smoke-free tourist attractions, enforcing regulations, and overcoming challenges in these areas.

Thailand was represented by 10 delegates from the Action on Smoking and Health Foundation (ASH Foundation) and our network partners. They were selected for their proven success in promoting tobacco control at the local level through projects supported by the ASH Foundation. These delegates shared their experiences from areas with strong tobacco control initiatives.

The conference will be held from November 28-29, 2020, at the Apsara Palace Hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
